Billing questions

How do I pay?

Through the Zendesk Marketplace. When you install the app you choose a plan and Zendesk collects payment with Stripe, its payment processor for paid apps. We never see your card details; Stripe handles them and sends receipts.

What does "per account" mean?

One subscription covers one Zendesk account (one subdomain), however many agents, admins or Guide managers open the app. There is no per-agent or per-article metering.

How does the trial work?

Paid plans start with 14 free days from the moment you install. If you cancel during the trial you are not charged. After the trial the monthly price is charged automatically until you cancel.

How do I change or cancel my plan?

Open Admin Center, go to Apps and integrations, then Zendesk Support apps, choose Help Center Doctor and use Change plan or uninstall. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; there are no pro-rata refunds for a partial month. Your Zendesk articles are never affected by cancelling, and the app's local data stays in your browser until you clear it.

What happens to my data if I downgrade to Free?

Nothing is deleted. The app simply applies the Free limits on the next scan: 200 articles, the default language and 50 external links. Snapshot files you downloaded keep working.

Do you offer yearly billing, invoices or purchase orders?

Version 1.0 is monthly only, through Zendesk and Stripe. Stripe emails a receipt for every charge. If you need something else, write to support and we will see what is possible.

Is there a refund policy?

Use the 14-day trial to make sure the app fits. After that, cancel any time and you will not be charged again; we do not refund partial months. If something is broken on our side, write to support and we will make it right.
